1Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use VG98's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or an individual physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not restricted by any law, regulation, or court order from accessing online betting services.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Each individual is only permitted to register one account at VG98. Multiple account registrations by a single individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all related balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. VG98 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own failure to safeguard your login information. Please notify the VG98 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

VG98 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). All financial transactions on the VG98 platform are conducted in RM. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are as follows:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking: FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks

The minimum deposit is RM10 for eWallet methods and RM30 for online banking methods. Deposits are processed in under 60 seconds on average. VG98 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment service provider may impose their own charges.

VG98 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is standard procedure to prevent money laundering and safeguard member funds. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same name as your VG98 account — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

Funds deposited into your VG98 account are solely for use within the platform. VG98 is not responsible for any taxes or financial liabilities arising from your winnings under applicable Malaysian law. You are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations that may apply to you.

4Bonuses & Promotions

VG98 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, rakeback, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to terms and wagering requirements that are explicitly stated in each promotion's details before claiming.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by registered members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Every promotion has a validity period that is clearly stated. Any bonus left unused after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited with no replacement.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before any winnings earned using bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• VG98 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if a member is found to have abused the promotions system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and hold no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.

For the VG98 VIP programme, eligibility is determined based on the cumulative amount of valid wagers placed within a specified period. VG98 reserves the right to modify VIP eligibility criteria, benefits, and the method of calculating VIP points, with at least 14 days' notice to affected members before the changes take effect.

5Game Rules

All games available on the VG98 platform — including live casino, slots, poker, lottery, and Sports Betting — are subject to their own specific rules. Detailed rules for each game type are available within the respective game interface. By participating in any game on VG98, you agree to abide by those game rules.

• All games based on a Random Number Generator (RNG) use software that has been verified and certified by independent auditing bodies to ensure the randomness and fairness of every game outcome.
• VG98's Live Casino uses genuine physical equipment — real card decks, real roulette wheels — operated by professionally trained dealers under strict supervision.
• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be disputed or reversed, except in cases of technical error that can be verified by VG98.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, VG98 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the member's account. No winnings will be paid out for any round that was not completed due to a technical disruption.
• For Sports Betting, the outcome of a bet is determined based on official results issued by the relevant sporting body. Any errors in odds placement will be resolved in accordance with VG98's odds adjustment policy applicable at the time the bet was placed.

VG98 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any member for reasons of security, game integrity, or regulatory compliance, without being required to provide detailed justification. 6Member Conduct & Prohibited Activities

VG98 members are required to use the platform in a lawful, responsible manner and with respect for other members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without compensation:

• Registering more than one VG98 account or providing false information during registration.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical means to play or interact with the VG98 platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, including collusion in Poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using illegally obtained funds — including money laundering proceeds — to make deposits into a VG98 account.
• Placing hedge bets across different VG98 accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward the VG98 support team or other members in multiplayer games.

7Account Suspension & Closure

VG98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory compliance requirements, or a valid law enforcement request.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, VG98 will notify you via your registered email within 48 hours and give you the opportunity to submit an explanation or supporting documents. Investigations are typically resolved within 7 working days.

• If the investigation finds no violation, the account will be reinstated and all funds returned without interest.
• If an investigation confirms a serious violation, VG98 reserves the right to seize all or part of the funds in the account, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the VG98 support team. All eligible fund balances will be refunded once identity verification is complete.

For account closure requests related to responsible gaming (self-exclusion), VG98 will process the request within 24 hours and ensure access to the platform is fully disabled. Members who opt for long-term self-exclusion will not receive any marketing communications from VG98 for the duration of that period.

8Liability Limitations & Disclaimers

The VG98 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VG98 strives to keep the platform running without interruption 24/7, but makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, disruptions, or delays. You use the VG98 platform at your own risk.

• VG98 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of anticipated profits.
• VG98's total liability to any member in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member during the same period.
• VG98 is not liable for any failures or delays caused by events beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or actions taken by government authorities.
• VG98 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the platform for any particular purpose.

9Responsible Gaming
